Requirements and Experience

You would have either:

• built exceptional projects in this space in your spare time along with 2+ years of industry experience in applied research setting

OR

• 1+ years of extremely relevant experience. Examples:
  • experience with constructing data pipelines that can significantly improve gathered data in speech,
  • training LLM/diffusion/flow-matching models on 10s of TBs of data / >1B param models
  • training SOTA speech models
